Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in hotel operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
• Foundational understanding of hotel revenue management principles.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy and Revenue Optimisation - Support the development and implementation of hotel pricing strategies to improve revenue performance.
• Assist with daily revenue management activities, including room rate adjustments and inventory management.
• Monitor room availability, pricing information, and inventory allocation to support effective revenue decisions.
• Review hotel performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue generation.
• Support initiatives aimed at strengthening the hotel's market share within its competitive set.
• Assist in optimising Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) through effective use of revenue management systems and performance information.
• Apply established revenue management principles when supporting pricing and inventory decisions.
