The Cluster Revenue Manager turns demand patterns, booking behaviour and competitor activity into profitable commercial decisions for a portfolio of hotels. The role connects Revenue Management with Sales, Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure that rooms are offered to the right markets at suitable prices and times.
A bachelor 's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Business Management is preferred. Candidates should have at least two years of revenue analytics, pricing strategy or equivalent experience. Two years of reservations‑management experience will also be valuable. Previous Hospitality experience is highly preferred, together with practical knowledge of Opera Property Management System and Opera Sales and Catering. The successful applicant will communicate fluently in English, solve problems confidently and collaborate effectively with several hotel teams. Additional languages are advantageous.
