Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Revenue Analyst - Hotel Performance to turn booking, pricing, and market data into actionable insights. You will support daily revenue management, forecast needs, and construct performance dashboards across Atlantis properties, including The Palm and The Royal.

The role emphasizes collaboration with commercial teams, benchmarking, and strategic recommendations to improve occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performance. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has 1+ year in revenue management, business analytics, or a closely related analytical role.
• Experience in hotel industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for interpreting booking trends, pricing, and forecasts.
• Proficiency with STR, Opera PMS, revenue management software, and BI platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily revenue management activities through accurate reporting and analysis.
• Monitor booking pace, occupancy trends, and market demand.
• Analyse historical data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Review pricing performance and adjust rates as needed.
• Track competitor activity and market pricing changes.
• Use STR data and benchmarking to evaluate performance.
• Prepare regular revenue reports and maintain dashboards.
• Assist with short- and long-term forecasting and budget updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Front Office for data needs.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders.
