Job summary

Accor is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager - Portfolio Strategy in Dubai to drive revenue across a three to four hotel portfolio. You’ll forecast demand, set pricing and manage inventory while coordinating with Sales, Finance and Front Office to hit profitability targets.

This role requires strong RM and distribution system knowledge, plus English fluency. You’ll mentor junior staff and lead revenue meetings to influence strategic decisions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in hotel revenue management, reservations or e-commerce.
• Experience with complex pricing or multi-property performance preferred.
• Strong forecasting, yield-management and digital-distribution knowledge.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, pricing, distribution, and governance for a three/four-hotel portfolio.
• Prepare topline revenue forecasts using pace, demand and market data.
• Identify incremental profit opportunities across rooms and other revenue-generating departments.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market movements and demand changes.
• Adjust pricing and inventory strategies according to conditions.
• Lead weekly and biweekly Revenue Management meetings.
• Present performance findings and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Conduct property-performance reviews and compare progress to targets.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Finance and Front Office teams.
