Job summary

Fairmont Dubai, part of Accor, seeks an Assistant Revenue Manager to support the Revenue Management team in Dubai. You will analyze hotel revenue performance, monitor market demand and contribute to pricing strategies for room rates and inventory optimization.

The role requires 2-3 years' experience in revenue management or financial analysis, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with RM systems. This on-site position offers close collaboration with the Director of Revenue.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis or a related field.
Practical knowledge of pricing strategies and revenue optimization principles.
Experience analyzing financial and operational data.
Ability to prepare revenue reports and evaluate performance trends.

Responsibilities

Revenue Analysis and Performance Monitoring: analyze revenue data to identify trends and opportunities.
Review occupancy and revenue performance to support pricing decisions.
Evaluate demand patterns and market conditions affecting revenue.
Prepare detailed revenue performance reports for management review.
Identify revenue optimization opportunities through financial analysis.
