Zusammenfassung

Fairmont Dubai is seeking an Assistant Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Management team in the United Arab Emirates. You will support pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and maximize revenue across hotel operations, working closely with the Director of Revenue to implement data-driven initiatives while ensuring accuracy of financial reports.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in revenue management or related financial analysis, proficient Excel and property management software, and

Qualifikationen

2–3 years experience in revenue management or finance.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Knowledge of pricing strategies and revenue optimization.

Aufgaben

Analyze revenue data and market trends to support pricing decisions.
Assist in developing and monitoring forecasts and budgets.
Prepare detailed revenue performance reports and market analyses.
Monitor competitor pricing and inform strategic recommendations.
Support implementation of revenue management initiatives.
Maintain revenue systems and databases with accurate info.
Coordinate with departments to align with revenue objectives.
Conduct financial analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
Assist in creating presentations for management review.
Develop pricing strategies based on demand and market conditions.
Ensure compliance with RM policies and procedures.
Participate in RM meetings and provide analytical insights.
