AccorHotels Middle East is seeking an IT Technician to maintain hotel IT systems and support operations for guests and staff. You will follow IT policies, monitor networks, and provide training and assistance to ensure smooth technology services across the property.

The role requires a degree in IT or related field, plus certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA. Strong problem solving, reliability, and customer focus are essential in this fast paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience embedding change projects in an organization.
• IT certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA A+ or Network+ are advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT maintenance activities on a monthly basis.
• Follow all Accor IT Policies and guidelines.
• Identify IT risks and escalate to hotel management.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth running of systems.
• Provide technical support and training on systems and networks.
• Monitor systems and network performance daily.
• Assist with IT developments and hotel integration projects.
