Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi is seeking an IT support professional to perform monthly maintenance, manage day-to-day hotel IT operations, and provide technical support to staff and guests.

The role requires a degree in IT or computer science, and IT certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA A+/Network+. You will uphold security, backups, and incident response while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline.
• IT certifications such as CCNA or CCNP, Comptia A+ or Comptia N+ will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT maintenance activities on a monthly basis.
• Follow all IT Policies and guidelines (security, backups, contingency plans).
• Manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth running of hotel systems for staff and guests.
• Provide technical support and training on systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and restore data backups when necessary.
• Monitor systems and network performance daily.
• Assist new developments and hotel integration projects as required.
