Job summary

Ennismore is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a hotel setting in Abu Dhabi. You will perform monthly IT maintenance, ensure policy compliance, and support both staff and guests with systems and networks.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in IT/CS with CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA A+/N+; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential. On-site presence is required to maintain and improve hotel IT services.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience embedding change projects in an organization.
• IT certifications such as CCNA or CCNP/CompTIA A+ or N+ advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT maintenance activities on a monthly basis.
• Follow all Accor IT Policies and guidelines such as user rights, security policy, backup policy, preventive maintenance, contingency plan.
• Identify IT related risks and report them to hotel management.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth running of all computer systems for users and guests.
• Provide technical support and training on systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and carry out repairs and data backup/restoration when necessary.
• Monitor systems and network performance daily.
• Assist IT New Developments team with new hotel developments and integration projects.
