Job summary

Accor is seeking an IT Maintenance professional to manage day-to-day hotel IT operations, ensuring smooth computers and networks for guests and staff. This role supports the hotel’s IT infrastructure, monitors systems, and ensures adherence to security and backup policies.

You will install, troubleshoot, and train users, follow set guidelines, and assist the IT Developments team on new hotel projects, contributing to a reliable guest experience and efficient hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering IT changes within an organization.
• Certifications CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA A+/N+ are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly IT maintenance activities.
• Follow Accor IT policies and security guidelines.
• Provide technical support for systems and networks.
• Maintain backups, test hardware/software, and diagnose issues.
