Job summary

NH Collection Hotels & Resorts is seeking an IT Technician for La Suite Dubai Hotel & Apartment to provide technical support and maintain the hotel's information systems.

You will install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, support hotel applications including PMS, POS, guest Wi‑Fi, IPTV, and telephony, and ensure security and data protection compliance across devices and networks.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first-line IT support in hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with hotel software like PMS and POS systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Support hotel applications and systems including PMS, POS, guest Wi-Fi, IPTV, key card systems, and telephony solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor network connectivity and ensure reliable operation of hotel technology services.
• Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and email accounts.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software installations, updates, and security patches.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of equipment and licenses.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and recovering IT equipment and system access.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and technical support requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and data protection requirements.
• Assist with IT projects and technology improvements as assigned.
