Minor Hotels is seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support and maintain the hotel's information systems, hardware, software and network infrastructure in Dubai. You will support PMS, POS, guest Wi‑Fi, IPTV and telephony, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Support hotel applications and systems including PMS, POS, guest Wi‑Fi, IPTV, key card systems, and telephony solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of equipment and licenses.
