Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a non-management full-time Guest Services Associate to answer, record, and relay guest calls and requests. You will operate the switchboard, coordinate wake-up calls, messages, and internet access assistance, and support bell/valet teams as needed.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard station.
• Provide wake-up calls and transfer calls as needed.
• Notify guests of messages and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist guests with internet access and connect to provider support when needed.
• Coordinate with bell/valet staff and other departments to resolve requests.
• Follow all company policies and report unsafe conditions.
