• Use the Opera Guest profile system to tailor service.
• Record long-distance call vouchers on the traffic sheet.
• Manage guest wake-up call sheet and deliver calls promptly.
• Keep the switchboard running smoothly for fast transfers.
• Take messages for guests and management per standards.
• Follow environmental, health and safety policies.
