Sheraton Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly Guest Relations/Reception team member to answer calls, assist guests, and coordinate with bell staff. You’ll manage wake-up calls, messages, and special requests, while ensuring accuracy and a warm, professional demeanor.

A courteous, patient communicator with basic computer skills will fit well in our fast-paced hotel environment. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to brand standards, and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• License or certification: None.

Responsabilités

• Answer and process guest calls and requests.
• Operate telephone switchboard.
• Deliver wake-up calls and relay messages.
• Assist guests with internet access and information.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
• Support bell staff and valet as needed.
