Qualifications

• 1 year experience in switchboard or call center handling guests over the telephone in a service industry.
• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management required.

Responsibilities

• Checks suites with INCOGNITO status and DND requests; records on DND sheet.
• Filing and record-keeping for department.
• Updates white boards and notice boards for staff use.
• Records international calls and faxes; cross-charges to Finance, monthly.
