Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Services Associate to manage guest calls, wake-up requests, messages, and special requests with gracious hospitality. You will operate the front desk switchboard, assist with internet access guidance, and coordinate with bell staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard station and handle wake-up calls, messages, and requests.
• Advise guests on messages, internet access, and transfer to providers when needed.
• Dispatch bell staff or valet as required and maintain professional appearance.
