AccorHotels Middle East in Abu Dhabi seeks a Telephone Operator to manage internal and external calls, ensuring a professional guest experience. You will greet guests, connect lines, verify details, and coordinate with hotel departments using Opera PMS and CID.

The role requires excellent English; Arabic is preferred. Responsibilities include wake‑up calls, handling requests, confidentiality, and upselling opportunities to support guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in Telecommunication or Front Office in hospitality preferred.
• Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and hotel systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Handle all incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Greet guests by name and connect calls to the correct extension.
• Verify guest details for room calls and protect confidentiality.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities to advise guests.
• Use Opera PMS and CID to update guest information promptly.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely responses.
• Manage wake‑up calls and VIP or special needs guests.
• Support upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue.
