Rotana is seeking dynamic Front Office Telephone Operator professionals in Abu Dhabi to provide professional, guest-centric responses and ensure memorable stays. You will handle calls, coordinate with departments, greet guests by name, and maintain knowledge of the hotel and local services to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires English proficiency, a hospitality diploma, computer literacy, and familiarity with Opera.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hospitality or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with Opera are advantages.

Responsabilités

• Receive guest calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle queries politely and exceed guest expectations.
• Greet guests by name when calling and maintain updated local knowledge.
• Maintain wake up call and switchboard operations to ensure timely service.
