Job summary

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Service Officer to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service at the reception within the Rooms Division.

The role requires a hospitality-related degree or diploma, at least 2 years' hotel operations experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth front desk operations. You will join a luxury property team focused on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
