Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an Assistant Training Manager for Holiday Inn Dubai Science Park to drive a culture of continuous learning and exceptional guest experiences. You will design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing training across departments, ensuring brand standards and service excellence are embedded in daily operations.

You will manage training calendars, coordinate external providers, track compliance, and support talent development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, talent development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist in new hire orientation and onboarding programs
• Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and visual aids
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and development programs
• Monitor and implement leadership development initiatives for supervisors and managers
• Maintain training records, calendars, and compliance with IHG standards
