Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Science Park is seeking a meticulous Training Manager to drive learning programs across the hotel. You will design onboarding, develop training resources, and lead leadership development initiatives.

You will coordinate external training, monitor the training calendar, ensure compliance, and align sessions with IHG brand standards to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Training & Development, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in Learning & Development or Training within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and talent development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring brand standards and policies are understood.
• Develop onboarding resources and visual training aids.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis to identify core competencies and programs.
• Lead leadership development through seminars and resources.
• Coordinate external training and professional certifications as needed.
• Maintain training calendar and ensure compliance and budget.
