Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts, through Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, seeks a meticulous Training Manager to lead the Learning & Development agenda and elevate guest experiences through people development.

You will design onboarding, develop training resources, conduct needs analyses, and drive leadership capability with seminars and programs. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Hospitality Management, or related field.
4+ years in Learning & Development or Training, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage and inspire colleagues.
Fluency in English; multilingual abilities advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring understanding of brand standards and service expectations.
Develop training resources and onboarding materials, including visual aids.
Perform Training Needs Analysis to identify core competencies and develop programs.
Drive leadership development through seminars, mentoring, and training resources.
Create a trainer platform to improve delivery and suggest program improvements.
Support site with spot training and coaching to address challenges and opportunities.
Build a talent pool from annual performance appraisals and develop succession plans.
Promote continuous learning and service excellence aligned with brand standards.
