Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Training & Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Develop resources for onboardings and training, including visual aids.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis for the Hotel.
• Establish leadership training through seminars and resources.
• Coordinate external training and professional certifications.
