Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is seeking a meticulous Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives within a dynamic hospitality team. The role emphasizes creating an engaging, supportive learning environment to elevate guest experiences and staff performance.

The ideal candidate will drive onboarding, training needs analysis, leadership development, and certification tracking while aligning with IHG brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Training & Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, talent development, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, coach, and inspire colleagues at all levels.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring colleagues understand brand standards, policies and service expectations.
• Develop resources for onboardings and training, including visual informative aids.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis for the Hotel and establish core competencies for key positions.
• Establish and drive leadership strength through training/seminars and resources.
• Create a trainer platform to improve training delivery and suggest improvements.
• Be present at service delivery points to audit and support departments.
