Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a luxury hospitality team. You will ensure timely salary processing, accurate deductions, and compliant reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in payroll, strong attention to detail, familiarity with local laws, and proficiency in payroll software and Excel. You will collaborate with HR to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Educational background: high school diploma; degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Analytical skills to identify discrepancies in payroll data.
• Excellent communication to address employee inquiries.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate and process salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and overtime.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management detailing salaries and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Manage tax & benefits deductions from paychecks per regulations.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters promptly.
• Work with HR to ensure time and attendance records are integrated.
• Process payroll adjustments and year-end reporting.
• Maintain secure payroll records and assist audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
