Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. You will process salaries, bonuses, deductions and overtime, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a luxury hospitality setting.

The role requires UAE payroll knowledge, compliance with local laws, and collaboration with HR on time and attendance. Strong Excel skills and confidentiality are essential to support year-end reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in payroll processing or accounting, hospitality sector preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions and overtime in line with policy and regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports for management with detailed payroll data.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with UAE labor laws, tax regulations and company policies.
• Manage tax and benefits deductions in compliance with applicable laws.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with accurate guidance.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure time and attendance data is correctly integrated.
• Process payroll adjustments including retroactive pay and corrections.
• Prepare year-end payroll reports and necessary tax forms.
• Maintain secure, accurate payroll records and confidentiality.
• Support internal and external audits with required payroll documentation.
