Job summary

ENNISMORE is seeking a Payroll Processor to manage end-to-end payroll activities in Ras Al Khaimah. The role requires accurate salary calculations, reporting, and compliance with UAE regulations within a hospitality-focused environment.

You will handle deductions, overtime, and benefits, respond to employee inquiries, and collaborate with HR to ensure time and attendance integration. A minimum of 2 years in payroll is desired, with a preference for hospitality sector experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Hospitality or service industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma; degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions and overtime according to company policies and legal regulations.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management detailing salaries, deductions and other payroll data.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with local labor laws, tax regulations and company policies.
• Manage and ensure correct deduction of taxes, social security, pensions and other benefits.
• Address employee questions regarding payroll matters with prompt, accurate information.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure time and attendance records are integrated into payroll.
• Process payroll adjustments such as retroactive pay and corrections.
• Prepare and issue year-end payroll reports and tax forms in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and secure storage of compensation information.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation.
