Capital Motion in Abu Dhabi (Yas Bay) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive group dining and event revenue across its restaurant portfolio. You will acquire corporate, MICE, and private bookings, build relationships and position venues as premier event spaces.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with market knowledge of Abu Dhabi, excellent communication, and a proven track record in hospitality sales. The role offers a competitive package and visa support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant sales, with a focus on events and group bookings.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi market and its corporate landscape.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Results-driven and proactive.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Market Development: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow event and group dining revenue across all restaurant brands.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Brand Representation & Networking: Represent Capital Motion at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to build brand visibility.
• Marketing & Promotions Collaboration: Work with marketing to develop campaigns targeting corporate and event business; support promotional materials.
• Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain records of sales activities, prepare weekly/monthly reports, track conversion rates and booking trends.
