Black & Grey HR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Healthcare Assistant / Nursing Assistant to provide one-to-one supportive care to a young child in a home-based family setting in Dubai. This role is ideal for a caregiver with strong English communication skills, a nurturing approach and the ability to work closely with therapists and family members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily home healthcare support tailored to the child’s individual needs in a safe, caring and positive environment.
  • Attend and actively participate in therapy sessions (physiotherapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy) and implement therapist‑guided exercises at home.
  • Conduct structured play and interaction activities to support speech, language, and developmental milestones.
  • Follow and maintain daily therapy routines, ensuring consistency and documenting progress as required.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and healthcare professionals, sharing updates, observations and concerns regarding the child’s well‑being.
  • Support the child’s emotional, physical and developmental needs with patience and empathy.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in home healthcare, child care giving, nursing assistance or similar roles.
  • Experience working with children or infants, preferably in a home healthcare or special‑needs setting.
  • Good command of English (spoken and understood) is mandatory for therapy participation and daily communication.
  • Compassionate, patient and responsible with a genuine passion for child care.
  • Willingness to learn and strictly follow therapy and care routines.
  • Ability to collaborate with therapists, doctors, agency staff and family members.
  • Immediately available candidates preferred.
  • Open to 12‑hour duty or live‑in arrangements.
