The ideal candidate has sales experience and real estate market knowledge, with banking exposure preferred but not mandatory. You will identify new business opportunities and support the bank's lending goals across the region.

Responsabilités

• Source home finance applications from the bank's eligible target segment.
• Ensure monthly disbursement targets are met.
• Identify business development opportunities to increase sales.
• Ensure daily submissions are complete in documentation and credit requirements.
• Ensure adherence to bank processes, SOPs and local central bank requirements.
• Ensure KYC & ID verification is completed for customers.
• Prevent mis-selling or providing incorrect information to clients.
