Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is seeking a Home Finance Advisor (Outsource) in Abu Dhabi to drive home finance acquisitions and achieve monthly targets. The role requires sourcing applications from eligible clients, ensuring complete documentation and compliance with KYC/ID requirements, and identifying new business opportunities within approved guidelines.

2+ years of sales experience and banking exposure are preferred, with a focus on delivering targets and maintaining customer service quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Banking experience is preferred.
• Understanding of home financing products is a plus.
• KYC/ID verification knowledge is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Source home finance applications from the eligible target segment of the bank.
• Ensure monthly targets are met.
• Identify business development opportunities to increase sales.
• Complete daily submissions with documentation and credit requirements.
• Adhere to bank processes, SOPs and local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure KYC/ID&V is completed for customers.
• Communicate accurate information to customers.
• Meet monthly disbursement targets.
• Submit complete applicants for smooth processing.
• Open new avenues to source business and hit targets.
