Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Services Advisor (Outsource) to drive acquisition targets and deliver excellent customer service throughout the home finance journey.

The role requires sourcing and processing home finance applications, meeting monthly targets, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring compliance with banking procedures and KYC/IDV guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service.
• Experience in home finance banking preferred.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate assets and market.
• Understanding of regulated financial services and banking sectors.

Responsibilities

• Source and facilitate home finance applications through onboarding journey.
• Meet individual monthly targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Handle after-sales queries until disbursement is complete.
• Service customer requests throughout the loan journey.
• Close customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure turnaround time adherence and strive to exceed expectations.
• Submit complete documentation and credit requirements daily.
• Adhere to bank processes and KYC/IDV guidelines.
• Communicate accurate information to customers and avoid mis-sell.
