Job summary

Al Boom Marine (ABM) is seeking a Marketing professional to lead performance marketing, SEO, and ecommerce optimization across retail stores and online platforms in the Dubai area. You will own the customer journey from demand generation to conversion and retention, collaborating with content, merchandising, and UX teams.

The role focuses on paid campaigns, organic growth, and analytics to drive qualified traffic, ROAS, and revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
Experience in retail, sportswear, footwear, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer goods preferred.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
Manage budgets and ROAS to maximize ROI and revenue growth.
Develop audience segmentation, remarketing, and acquisition strategies.
Support campaigns, launches, and activations across stores and e-commerce.
Monitor, test, and optimize creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
Drive omnichannel footfall and online conversions.
