Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Premier Chief Concierge to lead the concierge team in delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and local expertise. You will coordinate VIP requests, travel arrangements, and guest preferences with meticulous attention to detail.

With 3–5 years in concierge roles and 1–2 years in leadership, you will build strong guest relationships, supervise daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and discretion in a luxury

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of concierge experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Membership of Les Clefs d'Or International.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, transportation services, and destination experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, discreet and service-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop the concierge team to deliver exceptional service across all guest interactions.
• Provide personalized recommendations and arrange guest requests with attention to detail.
• Coordinate transport, reservations, tours, events and VIP arrangements for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and partners to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure seamless desk operations and compliance with policies and safety procedures.
