Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Dubai, UAE invites applications for the Chief Concierge role. You will lead the Concierge team, deliver personalized guest experiences, and coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Transportation, and other departments to ensure seamless service.

You will build relationships with VIP guests, anticipate needs, and oversee daily operations of the Concierge Desk while maintaining knowledge of local attractions, dining, and leisure options to drive

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years concierge experience, with 1–2 years in supervisory/leadership role, ideally in luxury hotels.
• Excellent knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, transport, and destination experiences.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Professional, discreet and service-oriented with excellent organizational skills and VIP management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Concierge team to deliver exceptional service.
• Build relationships with guests, anticipate needs, and provide personalized arrangements.
• Coordinate transportation, reservations, tours, events, and guest requests.
• Maintain partnerships with local businesses and tourism partners for enhanced experiences.
• Welcome VIPs and special guests and ensure preferences are understood and served.
• Manage daily Concierge Desk operations: inquiries, messages, deliveries, and information requests.
• Ensure knowledge of local attractions, dining, and leisure options is current.
• Monitor guest feedback and service performance, addressing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Transportation, Security, and other departments.
