  • Strong existing network of institutional contacts and ability to independently open new doors.

  • Experience leading and growing a commercial sales function.
  • Deep understanding of trading technology, client onboarding, and regulatory requirements in the brokerage space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a revenue-focused institutional sales strategy targeting key global markets.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of institutional accounts, including onboarding and relationship management.
  • Proactively handle institutional enquiries and initiate outreach to build a strong client pipeline.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for institutional partners.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and grow relationships with institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales goals with business delivery.
  • Represent the brand at institutional sales events and conferences.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
