Tabby is hiring a Head of Sales to lead merchant growth across the UAE and Kuwait. You will own the revenue targets end-to-end, win new merchants and expand relationships with existing partners, helping Tabby scale its commercial footprint in the region.

This hands-on leadership role requires setting the strategy, leading from the front with key merchants, and shaping how the commercial team works, including cross-functional collaboration with product, risk, marketing and operations.

Formación

• Must-have: proven sales leader with revenue ownership and a track record of selling.
• Must-have: experience leading and developing sales teams across new business and account management.
• Must-have: strong relationships with merchants and retailers across the GCC, UAE at the core.
• Must-have: sound commercial judgement and ability to make clear recommendations.
• Must-have: comfortable in a fast-moving business with undefined elements.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial strategy: set the sales plan for UAE and Kuwait and determine growth priorities.
• Revenue ownership: own the sales targets and the plan to achieve them.
• New business and account growth: lead merchant acquisition and growth of existing partners.
• Key relationships: open and close major deals and build senior merchant relations.
• Team leadership: coach and grow the sales team and recruit as needed.
• Ways of working: establish processes and standards for the team.
• Kuwait: support growth of the Kuwait business with the local team.
• Cross-functional partnership: collaborate with product, risk, marketing and operations.
