Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the UAE to own the Card Retention & Monetization team within Tabby Card, the fastest-growing product with strong GMV growth. You will manage pricing, fees, billing cycles and the repayment experience, running experiments with clear metrics.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, risk, finance, legal and compliance to deliver a scalable credit experience for millions of customers, and contribute to Tabby Card's expansion into

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, fintech/banking or credit preferred.
• Proven monetization, pricing or billing features with measurable results.
• Strong data-driven decision making and experiment discipline.
• Fluent English and solid analytics, unit economics understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card Retention & Monetization roadmap end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Design and run experiments with clear success metrics.
• Own unit economics and P&L impact of releases.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Billing on regulatory requirements.
• Support launch readiness and gradual rollouts.
• Contribute to expansion into the KSA market.
