Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Card Retention and Monetization team in the UAE. You will own pricing, fees and the repayment experience, running experiments and measuring impact across millions of customers.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, risk, finance, legal and compliance to deliver scalable credit experiences and drive unit economics, while expanding Tabby Card into the GCC, starting with Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or credit products.
• Track record of monetization, pricing or billing features with measurable results.
• Strong discipline in experiments with pre-registered metrics and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L levers of Card pricing and fees, risk-based pricing, billing cycles and repayment experience.
• Ship initiatives via A/B tests and measure margin basis points and monthly dollars.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, risk, finance, legal and compliance on a scalable credit experience.
• Own the team's roadmap end-to-end with a dedicated engineering team, product designer and data analyst.
• Design and run experiments with clear success metrics and guardrails; decide rollout or kill based on data.
• Own unit economics, defend trade-offs with Finance and Risk, track P&L impact of releases.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Billing on terms, fees, and regulatory requirements (CB UAE, SAMA).
• Ensure launch quality, readiness, communications, gradual rollouts for every release.
• Contribute to Card's expansion into KSA; adapt domain to the largest market we are entering.
