This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubaï or Lisbon.

Mission
Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. Transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. Lead from the front, testing hypotheses, launching new channels, and showing the team how it’s done.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer‑Market Fit.
- Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t.
- Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
- Architect funnels and campaigns hands‑on—map, implement, track, and optimise.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across headlines, pricing, offers, and user journeys.
- Conduct friction audits, propose fixes, and implement tests immediately.
- Explore and scale acquisition channels, overseeing Paid Social and identifying next winning channels.
- Analyse ad performance, provide data‑backed briefs to the Content Strategist.
- Design and optimise growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content.
- Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
- Lead the Growth team by setting a standard of excellence and serving as a sparring partner.
- Build, train, and, if necessary, stop team members.
- Align sales with growth—focus on high‑intent leads, not just CPL.
Tools you’ll master
- GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and other relevant tools.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.
- Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that yield measurable revenue or activation improvements.
