Job summary

Al-Futtaim Health seeks an experienced Head Nurse for HealthHub Al Nahda in Dubai. The role leads daily outpatient nursing operations, supervises staff, coordinates patient care, and upholds clinical quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

DHA-licensed with at least five years of nursing experience, including two in a senior capacity, is required. The Head Nurse will guide clinical governance, infection prevention, and multidisciplinary collaboration with physicians and allied professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Registered Nurse licence.
• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior nursing, team leader, or charge nurse role.
• Experience in outpatient clinics or multispecialty environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team during daily outpatient clinic operations.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to nursing staff.
• Promote safe, patient‑centred nursing practices.
• Mentor and develop nursing personnel.
• Coordinate nursing workflows for efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies.
• Support patient flow and continuity of care.
