Al-Futtaim Health seeks a Head Nurse for Outpatient Clinic Operations in Dubai to lead a multidisciplinary nursing team within the HealthHub clinic at Jumeirah Village Circle. You will oversee staffing, clinical workflows and patient care standards, collaborating with physicians and senior management.

Ideal candidates hold a DHA nursing licence with at least five years in clinical nursing and two years in leadership, plus BLS.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and DHA Registered Nurse licence are required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in a recognised leadership role.
• UAE healthcare experience and rostering/clinic operations responsibility are mandatory.
• Valid Basic Life Support certification and proficient computer skills are required.
• Strong English communication is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise and support the nursing team.
• Plan daily staffing allocations and clinical workflows.
• Prepare nursing rosters according to service requirements.
• Mentor team members and provide performance guidance.
• Support nursing recruitment, onboarding and professional development.
• Monitor clinic performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure nursing care is safe, effective and evidence-based.
• Assist physicians during consultations and procedures.
• Maintain DHA regulatory compliance and infection control standards.
• Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
• Monitor nursing KPIs and quality assurance activities.
