Job summary

Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an experienced Head Nurse for our new HealthHub clinic in Dubailand, Dubai. You will lead the nursing team, drive clinical governance and patient-centered care, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outpatient services.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, development of nursing staff, infection control, and adherence to HealthHub standards, with a focus on safe, efficient patient flow and excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold DHA nursing license or DHA eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is essential.
• Valid BLS certification is required.
• Significant post-qualification RN experience and nursing leadership.
• Experience in outpatient clinics or multidisciplinary settings is preferred.
• Strong patient safety, governance and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight of the nursing team.
• Ensure safe, compassionate, patient-centred nursing care.
• Recruit onboarding and develop nursing staff; coach and mentor.
• Monitor clinical practice and maintain competency standards.
• Coordinate resources for efficient clinic operations and patient flow.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and EMR records.
• Escalate patient-safety concerns and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
