Qualifications

• UAE healthcare experience and rostering/clinic operations responsibility are mandatory.

Effective nursing leadership is essential for coordinating clinical workflows, maintaining sufficient staffing and supporting safe consultations and procedures. The Head Nurse will connect frontline nursing activities with clinic performance objectives. Strong oversight of infection control, medication management, documentation and quality indicators will help protect patients and improve operational consistency.

Ideal Profile

Applicants must hold a bachelor 's degree in Nursing and a valid DHA Registered Nurse licence. At least five years of clinical nursing experience is required, including a minimum of two years in a recognised leadership capacity. Relevant leadership backgrounds include Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Team Leader, Nurse Manager or Clinic Nurse Lead. Previous UAE healthcare experience and practical responsibility for nursing rosters, staffing and clinic operations are mandatory. Candidates must hold valid Basic Life Support certification and demonstrate strong computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records. Confident English communication is essential. The following qualifications and experience are desirable:
