Job summary

Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead nursing operations at HealthHub in Dubailand, Dubai. The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff supervision, and ensuring safe, patient-centered care in a new multidisciplinary outpatient clinic.

The Head Nurse will work with physicians and the broader clinical team to establish nursing workflows, recruit and mentor staff, uphold DHA standards, and drive continuous improvement in patient safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and DHA license or eligibility letter.
• Significant post-qualification nursing experience with leadership or supervisory roles.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to lead and coordinate an outpatient nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing leadership and clinical supervision to the team.
• Oversee nursing activities to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of nursing staff.
• Coordinate nursing workflows and optimize patient flow in HealthHub.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain nursing standards and contribute to clinical governance.
