Job summary

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, Dubai, invites an experienced Head Nurse to lead nursing activities and oversee clinical operations at HealthHub Al Nahda. The role blends hands-on care with team leadership, patient safety oversight and maintaining high clinical standards in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid DHA Registered Nurse licence.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• At least 2 years in senior/nursing leadership role.
• Experience in outpatient clinics or multispecialty settings.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team during daily outpatient clinic operations.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to maintain high nursing care standards.
• Coordinate nursing staff deployment, workflow and patient flow for safe, efficient care.
• Monitor staffing requirements and allocate nursing resources.
• Mentor staff and support ongoing clinical development.
• Assist onboarding of new nurses and nursing education.
• Identify training needs and contribute to professional development.
• Promote teamwork and professional communication within the team.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.
• Support clinic operations and resource planning.
