Job summary

Al-Futtaim HealthHub in Dubai seeks a Head Nurse to lead nursing operations in a busy outpatient clinic. The role requires DHA licensure, 5+ years of nursing experience, and strong leadership to manage staffing, quality, and patient safety.

The Head Nurse will optimize workflows, mentor staff, and ensure documentation compliance while delivering excellent patient care in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required and DHA license is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; DHA-licenced leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise registered nurses and clinical staff.
• Allocate staffing according to demand and schedules.
• Prepare rosters and ensure adequate coverage during clinic hours.
• Coach staff through feedback, mentoring, and training.
