Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
- DHA licensed registered nurse required.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a senior nursing/charge nurse role.
- Experience in outpatient clinics or ambulatory care preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and patient-care skills.
- Knowledge of clinical governance, infection control and EMR.
- Fluent English communication; BLS certification mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing staff in daily outpatient clinic operations.
- Coordinate staffing, workflows and patient flow.
- Mentor and onboard nursing staff; support professional development.
- Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
