Hyatt Regency Dubai seeks a Guest Services Officer - Back Office within the Rooms Division. You will provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests and help the back office run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications include a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, and strong customer service, communications, and interpersonal abilities.
